Tanjong Puteri Golf and Resort - Malaysia

Staff are very helpful, nice environment, and spacious room.

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was also clean and spacious, but the buffet food was very disappointing, not as advertised — at least 80% should match what was shown in the promo video. The facilities were quite poor, especially the gym and bowling, which were rather run-down."

The facility is spacious . Staff is friendly and helpful. I left my phone during departure, however, luckily upon inspection, the staff found my phone and return to me. I am very thankful for the staff's honesty..

Please provide broom and dust pan so that we can clear our rubbish. if possible, provide stove for us to warm up our food and boil water.

Very big bed and room..

Please flushing your shower before customer check in. Very bad quality for hot water shower...

Breakfast buffet was worth the cost. Friendly staff.,recreational activities are good for kids with reasonable cost.

Bedding was not cleaned properly.. lots of ant was there slept with ant bites.. bed was hard & pillow was not comfortable.. got neck pain..

Great stay with fantastic golf course (about £50 for 18 holes including hire of clubs and buggy) Olympic size swimming pool was free and often deserted. It was a complete rest after a busy time in Singapore. Meals a la carte were very reasonable - buffet was more expensive. Our family room had 2 bedrooms, fridge, kettle etc. staff were very friendly and helpful.

The provided room is so big and suitable for children

The facilities such as lift are still on maintenance and are hard to bring our stuff to the room

nothing, seriously

far away from everywhere. lousy front desk. they sold the room we paid in booking.com, somemore ask us to pay in cash more for the "upgrade" but apparently is the same type of room we paid on booking.com. cs lack of proper cs training. lousy breakfast.

The location is first class - overlooking the golf course, lakes and with abundant birdlife! This was my second stay - I was in room 13 - probably the lagest hotel bedroom I've ever had . . . and it had a balcony!

No food on arrival! I went down to the restaurant aro 8.30 on Sunday night and the restaurant was closed with zero food options available - when I asked at reception I was advised to take a 5 minute drive to the closest kampung and look for food there (it was good advice, just as well I had my own car!)No hot water in the shower - my second time staying and my second time showering in cold water! They say cold water plunges are healthy but . . .

Very convenient for a few days of golf.

Very limited food choices, on site and nearby. So there’s nothing other than golf.

Although clearly an older property the upkeep was decent and being older the room was spacious. As part of a golf course the setting is lovely - we even had hornbills visit during breakfast

No hot water in the shower - manageable but a tad chilly!

Poor

staff missing at counter during 11pm checkin

All is okay. Just the facilities need to upgrade.

The facilities look very old. The bicycle need to change the new one.

The rooms are spacious

Please repair the lift, it is inconvenient for disabled person.

I didn’t have the opportunity to try the breakfast since it was not included in my booking. The location was conveniently located near the scenic coastline, providing breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the golf course, making it a perfect retreat after a long day.

Rooms are very spacious Comfortable

Most sport facilities like bowling operates quite late

The room is spacious. The aircond is fully function and very cold.My kids love the swimming pool.

The cleanliness of the room. Should be vacuumed thoroughly especially under the desk.

well maintained , room is spacious, clean and comfortable, lots of facilities, green beautiful golf course view, and good price

Old but functional

Good environment.

Better if provide toiletries and breakfast as well. Swimming pool too far from villa.

The location is very near to my business point. Not so much food stalls nearby, need to go some kilometres if you want to eat outside. But the have inroom service for food with affordable price. There are lots of parking space. The checkin process was fast. The front desk staff are friendly. The room is spacious. The swimming pool is super hugeeeee. No complaint at all.

They have many facilities for guests, but most are not properly maintained. It makes the place look a bit rundown, but it does not a big concern here.
